Design and deploy the AI agents (Erik, BOL Agent, Sentinel) that automate fuel dispatch. You'll work on voice AI, document extraction, demand forecasting, and pricing intelligence.
What you'll do
Build and fine-tune LLM-based agents for order intake and dispatch triage
Develop document extraction models for BOL reconciliation
Create demand forecasting models for inventory management
Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy and reliability
Deploy models to production with monitoring and feedback loops
What we're looking for
3+ years of applied ML/AI experience in production systems
Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent frameworks
Understanding of MLOps — model versioning, monitoring, A/B testing
BS/MS in CS, ML, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have
Experience with voice AI or speech-to-text systems
